At Dehesa del Carrizal we invite you to live a unique experience to discover the winemaking process of our single estate wines, from the vineyard to the glass. During the visit, you will be able to immerse yourself in our natural environment, learn about our history and understand the philosophy that guides each stage of our work.
In addition, as a collaborating entity of the Cabañeros National Park and member of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism, we actively participate in the promotion of sustainable tourism development in protected natural areas. Our work reflects our commitment to respect for the environment and the preservation of this unique enclave.
At Dehesa del Carrizal we offer a unique experience to discover the elaboration process of our single estate wines, from the vineyard to the glass. During the visit, you will be able to learn about our environment, history and work philosophy.
What does the tour include?
- Welcome and presentation: An introduction to our winery, its history and the project we are carrying out.
- Vineyard tour: Discover the secrets of our viticulture while walking through the vineyards.
- Visit to the winery: We explain the winemaking process of our wines in our facilities.
- Wine tasting: We end with a tasting of the 6 wines we produce, accompanied by a selection of local products: ham, cheese and sausages from the area.
