Quality Policy
The Management of CAIZ CARRIZAL S.L.U., aware of the importance of guaranteeing the maximum Quality of our wines in the best conditions of effectiveness and efficiency in an environmentally friendly way, has decided to implement a Quality Management System. The scope of which includes: GRAPE PRODUCTION, WINEMAKING, AGING, BOTTLING AND MARKETING OF WINES. With the commitment to comply with the applicable legislation or other commitments acquired with the client.
Within the framework of the Total Quality philosophy, the rule of doing things right the first time will be an objective of all members of CAIZ CARRIZAL S.L.U., regardless of the activities they perform, becoming a collective task in which the entire organization must be involved.
The aim is to increase the satisfaction of current customers and to demonstrate to potential customers our ability to offer high quality wines.
In order to guarantee these principles, a Quality Management System has been established and must be maintained in such a way as to work on the prevention of defects rather than on their correction.
The effectiveness and application of the Quality Management System of CAIZ CARRIZAL S.L.U. is the direct responsibility of its Management. In his name and on his behalf, the Quality Manager has been entrusted with the responsibility for the System, supervising its implementation, development and maintenance, evaluating its adequacy and correct application.
The Management of CAIZ CARRIZAL S.L.U. undertakes to develop the guidelines set out in this Policy, as well as to periodically review its content to ensure its adequacy to the needs and objectives of the Organization.
TO ENSURE THAT ALL PERSONNEL KNOW, UNDERSTAND AND APPLY THIS POLICY, IT IS DISSEMINATED BY MEANS OF A DISPLAY IN OUR FACILITIES, IN ADDITION TO HAVING BEEN GIVEN TO EACH EMPLOYEE. IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
